Order processing

Orders are scheduled for dispatch on the next business day. Processing time is separate from the transit times below.

Shipping rates and estimated transit times

Standard: US$12.00; estimated transit time of 8–15 business days after dispatch.
Express: US$25.00; estimated transit time of 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Free shipping: Standard and Express shipping are free on eligible orders of US$150.00 or more.

Available shipping services, eligibility for free shipping, final shipping charges and estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout for your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Delivery destinations and estimates

We deliver to the countries and regions available at checkout. If no delivery method is available for your address, please contact us before placing an order.

Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier disruption, customs processing and public holidays may affect delivery times. If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
