About these terms

These terms apply to use of the MAVOLIRA online store at www.mavolira.com and purchases made through it. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MAVOLIRA. Using our store

Please use our store lawfully and provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Only use a payment method that you are authorised to use. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or interfere with other customers’ use of the store.

Products and information

Please check the product description, dimensions, selected colour or variant and availability before ordering. Colours can appear differently on different screens. If information is unclear or you believe a listing is inaccurate, contact us before purchasing. Nothing in this section limits your right to receive goods that match their description.

Prices and payment

The product price, currency, applicable discounts and charges collected through our store are shown before you complete checkout. Review your order total before paying. A price change made after your purchase does not change the amount agreed for that order. If we identify a material pricing or availability error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options, including a refund where appropriate; we will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Delivery

Shipping services, charges and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed dates. Contact us if an order is delayed, lost or damaged so we can investigate and help resolve it. This does not limit any delivery-related rights you have under applicable law.

Changes, cancellations, returns and refunds

Contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. The options available depend on the order status and your statutory rights. Our Return and Refund Policy explains our 30-day return offer, item-condition requirements, return shipping costs and refund process. Mandatory cancellation and faulty-goods rights remain unaffected.

Promotions

Specific eligibility conditions for promotions or complimentary gifts are stated with the relevant offer. Please review those conditions before ordering and contact us if anything is unclear. We do not change the conditions already agreed for a completed purchase retrospectively.
